A guild claims the first level 70 WoW character, just 28 hours after the game went live. Pretty impressive, considering they spent some time planning out the progression. I also love how people assume that only one player played the character, and stayed awake for 28 hours straight.
First Level 70 WoW Character - Kotaku
In related news, I got to play a little last night, and other then some understandable server lag, there hasn’t been a crash yet. Lots of people are in the first zone, but if you run 2 minutes north, you enter another zone with half as much people, no lag at all, and zero lag whatsoever inside of instances. Some people have been queued up a little, but once you’re in there’s no problem. They also hotfixed what seems like the last of the tweaks and problems. The extra few months they took was needed and shows. Kudos to Blizzard for the lack of disaster!
